Terms of use

Last updated: 16 October 2026.

These terms apply to glowbitgames.com and every game on it. By using the site or playing our games, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All games are free to play and need no account. The site and the games are provided "as is". We may update, change or remove games and features at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.

The games, artwork, music, text and the Glowbit Games name belong to Glowbit Games or its licensors. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-host, embed, modify or sell our games or content without our written permission. Linking to our pages is always welcome.

Please play fair: do not try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, do not use automated tools that harm the service, and do not try to bypass or tamper with ads.

Our games are made for players of all ages. Each game page shows a suggested age. Children should ask a parent or guardian before playing, and parents should decide what is right for their family.

Some games contain flashing lights and fast-moving images. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or is sensitive to light, please talk to a doctor before playing. Take regular breaks.

The site may show ads from third parties such as Google and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or websites.

To the extent allowed by law, Glowbit Games is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the games.

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: contact@glowbitgames.com.
